Background

Shannon Banks has 20 years of food management experience. She has traveled extentively and has experienced many cultural and ethical cooking techniques. With a great appreciation of all her travels, she offers a diverse menu. Growing up in the south, she tends to stick to her roots, offering southern comfort foods. In 2016, she co-founded Foodology 180 alone with her son. The concept of this latest venture is to change the way individuals think about food. Without sacrificing good food, comfort and hospitality, they have taken the traditional recipes we were raised on and gave them a fresh, modern twist.
